There were very comfy beds and an iron/ironing board, tea and coffee making equipment, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels inside the room. The views over the garden were incredibly beautiful, liked it. Would recommend this place and would like to go back here again.

The breakfast was particularly nice with fabulous views, the staff was amiable. My room included a TV and a lounge. The setting of hotel was quiet and perfect, in the middle of the city.

I had an incredible time staying at this hidden gem in Lincolnshire. The attention to detail in both the service and the property itself was outstanding. The cottage felt like a self-contained haven with its spacious layout and beautiful views over the countryside. The hosts were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even taking care of our bikes overnight. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding areas and indulging in some peaceful walks or bike rides. And let's not forget about the delicious breakfast served in our own private dining area. I was thoroughly spoiled during my stay at Grooms Cottage and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to be pampered.

The room was reasonably large and airy and complete with TV, large shower, for example, I had everything needed. The breakfast was incredibly nice with lovely views, had everything you could want. This location was extremely quiet, very close to the nearest pub, the Durham Ox, lake and nature reserve. The most amicable staff I ever met.

The cottage was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere for our stay. The host was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast served was delicious and satisfying. the cottage had a stunning view of the surrounding area, adding to the overall experience.

There were a few minor inconveniences during our stay. the dining area did not have cutlery or plates readily available, but our host was quick to deliver them upon request.

Well, it was a PERFECT 10/10 stay during our visit.
